Short Job Description:We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented person to handle day-to-day insurance operations and speak to clients for queries, documentation and renewals. The role covers health, term, motor and other general insurance.Key Responsibilities:Talk to clients on WhatsApp/phone to understand requirements and collect documentsPrepare quotes and comparison options for health, term and motor insuranceFill proposal forms, complete online applications and track policy issuanceExplain basic policy terms, exclusions and renewal requirements to clientsMaintain and update policy data in Excel/CRMTrack renewals, send reminders and follow up for timely renewalCoordinate with insurers/partners for pending requirements and simple claims supportRequirements:Experience in insurance agency / broker / IMF setup is an advantage (not mandatory)Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, Excel and insurer portalsClear communication in Hindi and English, polite and client-friendlyOrganized, accurate with data and willing to learn insurance productsLocation: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Work from office)Salary: Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 30,000 per month, based on experience + performance-based incentives
