Short Job Description: We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented person to handle day-to-day insurance operations and speak to clients for queries, documentation and renewals. The role covers health, term, motor and other general insurance. Key Responsibilities: Talk to clients on WhatsApp/phone to understand requirements and collect documents Prepare quotes and comparison options for health, term and motor insurance Fill proposal forms, complete online applications and track policy issuance Explain basic policy terms, exclusions and renewal requirements to clients Maintain and update policy data in Excel/CRM Track renewals, send reminders and follow up for timely renewal Coordinate with insurers/partners for pending requirements and simple claims support Requirements: Experience in insurance agency / broker / IMF setup is an advantage (not mandatory) Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, Excel and insurer portals Clear communication in Hindi and English, polite and client-friendly Organized, accurate with data and willing to learn insurance products Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Work from office) Salary: Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 30,000 per month, based on experience + performance-based incentives
