Key Responsibilities:- Leverage your existing client base to generate new sales opportunities and expand business relationships.- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.- Understand clients' financial needs and goals to promote suitable products and services.- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and achieve organizational goals.- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts for management.- Develop a thorough understanding of Merits Capital's products and services.- Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and manage risks.- Manage client portfolios by making informed investment decisions, monitoring performance, and rebalancing as Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management or a related field.- MBA graduates are preferred.- Relevant certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or appropriate regulatory licenses (e.g., SEC) are a plus.- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business success.- Strong existing client base with established relationships in relevant industries.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.Benefits:- Competitive salary with an attractive commission structure.- Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.- Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Company Website: www.merits.inJob Location: Moti Nagar, New DelhiJoin Our Team:At Merits Capital Private Limited, we value talent and hard work.
