Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing personalized assistance and ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, offering detailed information about resort amenities, activities, and dining options, including our in-house restaurant.
  • Coordinate reservations and seating arrangements for guests dining at the restaurant, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional dining experiences.
  • Actively engage with guests throughout their stay, anticipating their preferences and proactively addressing any concerns or requests to enhance their overall satisfaction.
  • Manage guest feedback and complaints efficiently, resolving issues in a timely and empathetic manner to uphold the resort's reputation for excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences across all areas of the resort.
  • Organize and facilitate special events, celebrations, and activities for guests, working closely with the restaurant team to coordinate dining arrangements and customize experiences as per guest preferences.
  • Stay updated on local attractions, events, and activities, providing recommendations and assistance to guests looking to explore the surrounding area.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in all guest interactions, maintaining confidentiality and respecting guests' privacy at all times.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the resort by actively promoting its services, amenities, and offerings, and striving to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary as per industry standards, along with attractive incentives for the Guest Relations Executive position.
