Position: Experienced Non-IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Location: Indore, India

Work Hours: 7:30 pm - 4:30 am IST

Start Date: ASAP


Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit top-tier talent for non-IT positions within the life sciences industry, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and healthcare.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present qualified candidates to clients for consideration.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a bench sales recruiter in the non-IT sector, preferably within the life sciences industry.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and goals.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools preferred.
