**Role - HR Recruiter**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- 1+ years of minimum experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably with some exposure to IT recruiting
- Review, understand and support in the fulfillment of the recruitment needs of our clients
- Have exposure in executing recruitment strategies for the permanent, contract to hire.
- Profound experience in using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and databases.
- A dynamic go-getter & quick learner with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Executed strategic sourcing techniques to include a variety of resources such as the internet, advertising, internal database, and direct sourcing.
- Strong Experience in Boolean Search: LinkedIn Search and Social Recruiting.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

- Indore - 452010, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
