You’ll work closely with theSales Teamto identify opportunities, develop dealer networks, and support OEM relationships across India. This is a hands-on field role — ideal for candidates who are passionate about B2B industrial sales, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Field Sales & Client Visits:Regularly visit OEMs, dealers, and service contractors in the HVAC and refrigeration industry to promote Ecocare products. Lead Generation:Identify and convert new business opportunities in assigned territories. Dealer & Channel Support:Assist in developing and managing dealer and distributor networks across regions. Market Research:Collect and share on-ground insights about competitors, pricing, and product trends. Product Demonstration:Support technical demonstrations and trials of Ecocare cleaning and maintenance products. Sales Coordination:Work closely with the Sales Manager to execute sales plans and meet regional targets. Reporting:Maintain daily visit logs, follow-up reports, and lead tracking using CRM tools or Excel. Customer Relationship Management:Build trust and credibility with customers through consistent engagement and after-sales support. Exhibition & Event Support:Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as part of the sales team.QualificationsEducation:Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree inMechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration. Experience:0–3 years of field sales experience (preferably inHVAC, Refrigeration, or Industrial Consumablessector). Technical Understanding:Basic knowledge of cooling systems, coils, and industrial cleaning solutions is an advantage. Tools & Skills: Proficient inMicrosoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms. Good command overEnglish and regional languages. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ownership mindset with a passion for learning and growth.Soft Skills & AttributesGo-Getter Attitude:Takes initiative and drives results independently.
