Job Description:


  • 15 +years of experience in software development, including a track record of leadership and

success creating complex, scalable software products and solutions.

  • Educational qualification; BE/ BTech
  • Automation testing experience using Selenium Web Driver, Java, TestNG and build tools like

Maven/ANT/Gradle.

  • Hands-on experience in delivering high quality products and test automation with zero live bugs.
  • Strong technical knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, architecture, and development techniques. proficiency with technologies and programming languages related to Sprinklr's technology stack.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including the ability to inspire, encourage, and enable teams to reach their maximum potential. It is preferable to have prior experience managing and leading remote or distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of industry best practices and domain knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
  • Experience working with teams to identify and define appropriate test scenarios in agile environments.
  • Should have developed automation frameworks with the intent of high ROI of automation.
  • Working experience on docker and Jenkins and focus on establishing a Test Pyramid model for automation.
  • Exposure in managing and developing the team’s working practices and in defining the team’s technical direction, along with being involved in all areas of delivery


What You’ll Do


1. Automation Strategy:

• Manage the strategic planning and implementation of software development projects, making

sure they meet market demands and company objectives.

• Define and execute the overall automation strategy, aligning automation initiatives with business

goals and software development processes.

• Define test strategy to deliver bug free products with development of automated test strategies

with defined measurable metrics to gauge progress against objective QA goals.


2. Test Automation Frameworks:

• Implement the testing model to develop, drive and execute a high-level QMS to improve the

system and manage the impact quality.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using industry best practices

and leading automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.


3. Test Planning and Execution:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive test plans and execute

automated tests to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability

• Work closely with product and cross teams to collaborate and suggest appropriate changes with

deep understanding of the product benefiting the end users.


4. Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):

• Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring rapid

and reliable delivery of software releases.


5. Quality Metrics and Reporting:

Establish key quality metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of

automation efforts, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance to ensure quality goals are met.


6. Leadership:

• Mentor and coach QA engineers on automation best practices, providing guidance and support

to build automation expertise across the organization

• Establish a culture of creativity, cooperation, and quality by exercising visionary leadership over

the software development teams.

• Recruit, coach and train several software development teams.


7. Stakeholder Communication:

• Oversee the smooth and timely completion of software projects while adhering to the strictest

quality standards and budgetary constraints.

• Align and effectively communicate working closely with cross-functional teams comprising of

product management, engineering, and executive leadership.


8. Process Improvement:

• To increase effectiveness, productivity, and quality, continuously assess and improve software

development processes, tools, and methodologies.
