Please find the document attached.Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Chartered Accountant with 10–13 years of expertise in US Corporate Taxation. The role involves managing tax compliance, reporting, and advisory services for US entities, while ensuring compliance with IRS regulations and US GAAP requirements. The candidate should have strong exposure to US Federal and State tax laws, along with proven ability to interact with US-based clients and stakeholders, providing strategic insights and building trusted relationships.Key Responsibilities- US Corporate Tax Compliance & Reporting- Oversee preparation and filing of US Federal, State, and Local tax returns. - Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IRS regulations, and tax deadlines. - Review and manage tax provisions, deferred tax calculations, and reconciliations.- Client Interaction & Advisory- Act as a primary point of contact for US clients, providing updates, clarifications, and guidance. - Understand client requirements, deliver tax solutions, and build long-term relationships. - Present tax strategies and reports to US stakeholders and senior management.- Tax Planning & Strategy- Provide tax planning advice to optimize US corporate tax liabilities. - Analyze business transactions, mergers, and cross-border activities for tax implications. - Monitor US tax law updates and assess their impact on clients/business.- Audit Support & Representation- Manage US tax audits, assessments, and regulatory inquiries. - Prepare necessary documentation and liaise with US auditors and tax authorities.- Leadership & Team Development- Mentor and guide junior team members on US tax processes and compliance. - Ensure high-quality deliverables within deadlines across client portfolios. - Drive process improvements in tax compliance, reporting, and client servicing.Qualifications & Skills- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10–13 years of post-qualification experience in US Corporate Taxation. - Strong working knowledge of US Federal and State tax laws, IRS regulations, and US GAAP. - Proven track record of direct interaction with US clients and stakeholders. - Experience in tax compliance, reporting, and advisory for multinational organizations. - Proficiency in tax software (GoSystem, Corptax, ONESOURCE, etc.) and MS Excel. - Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills. - Ability to lead teams, manage deadlines, and handle complex tax scenarios.
