Job Description

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll lead the development of frontend architecture using ReactJS and Angular, ensuring scalability and reusability across multiple applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders, mentor the team, and stay updated on the latest technologies to create pixel-perfect designs and deliver exceptional user experiences

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the structuring of the frontend architecture for the organization, ensuring reusability across multiple applications.

- Gather requirements from management and stakeholders and translate them into frontend implementation plans.

- Mentor and train the existing frontend team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

- Stay abreast of the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and best practices, and incorporate them into our development processes.

- Implement pixel-perfect designs provided by the UI/UX team, ensuring high-quality user experiences across all applications.

Good to Have :

- Strong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.

- In-depth knowledge of ReactJS and component-based libraries.

- Ability to create reusable code packages and libraries.

- Proficiency in design patterns and state management.

- Familiarity with SEO best practices.

- Experience using Git for version control.

- You have exceptional communication and presentation skills, adept at explaining solutions to stakeholders and business leads.

- You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and strong diplomatic skills to collaborate across teams without formal authority.
