Senior Frontend Developer

reporting to the Development Lead, this full-time and permanent position is based in Mumbai, India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our technology department and its’ growth.

Purpose of the role -The Senior Frontend Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining key modules of a global payroll platform, collaborating with product managers and engineers, troubleshooting, upgrading and integrating software components and third-party programs, and ensuring compliance with Tricor Software Engineering and Architecture standards. The Senior Frontend Developer will also work as part of a software development team across borders and must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities –Develop and maintain key modules of a global payroll platformWork as part of a software development team across bordersComply with Tricor Software Engineering and Architecture standardsEnsure high standards and software quality within the teamCollaborate with product managers and engineers to develop specifications for new cloud-based applications.Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software & applicationsIntegrate software components and third-party programs

Attributes & Skills -Strong knowledge and experience in object-oriented programming, design and software development life cycleAbility to solve complex enterprise solution problems and requirementsGood experience in working with offshore users & development teamsExperience in Payroll system will be added advantageStrong interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated and independentThe desire to work in fast-paced environmentCertification in Agile will be an advantageExperience in Digital products will be added advantage

Relevant Experience –Minimum 5 years of experience in frontend development with HTML 5, CSS3, React, JavaScript, MUI, Typesctipt, ReactJSExperience in modern application architecture including microservices, Single Page Architecture (SPA), etc.Experience with REST and JSON web-servicesExperience in Azure cloud platform will be added advantage

Education –Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline
