Role : Senior Frontend Engineer (Mobile)

Location : Thane, Mumbai / Kukatpally, Hyderabad

Job Description :

As a Senior Frontend Engineer (Mobile Developer), you'll lead the development of frontend applications for both Hybrid (Flutter) and Native (Android/iOS) platforms. Collaborate with management, structure frontend architectures, and ensure pixel-perfect designs. Stay updated with the latest technologies and train the team. Strong JavaScript, TypeScript, and Dart skills are essential, along with expertise in React-Native and Flutter.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain frontend applications for both Hybrid (Flutter) and Native (Android and iOS) platforms across the organization.

- Structure and standardize frontend architectures to ensure reusability across multiple applications.

- Collaborate with management to gather requirements and lead the frontend team in implementing solutions.

- Provide guidance and training to junior members of the frontend team.

- Stay abreast of the latest technologies and frameworks, integrating them into project implementations.

- Ensure pixel-perfect design implementation based on speci- cations provided by the UI/UX Team.

Good to Have :

- Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and Dart programming languages.

- In-depth knowledge of React-Native and Flutter frameworks.

- Ability to create reusable code packages for increased e- ciency and maintainability.

- Pro- ciency in Design Patterns and State management.

- Familiarity with Google and Apple App Store Policies.

- Experience in building Native Packages for mobile applications.

- You have exceptional communication and presentation skills, adept at explaining solutions to stakeholders and business leads.

- You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and strong diplomatic skills to collaborate across teams without formal authority.

- You have experience designing for health-tech organizations or complex :

- 4-6 years of experience in mobile app development, with a focus on React Native and Flutter.

- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing mobile applications developed.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related - eld (preferred).
