You will own the entire pre-construction cost lifecycle with a high-agency, nothing-is-someone-else's-problem approach.- Tender Hacking & Strategy (The "Hack"): - Conduct expert-level tender review and analysis, digging deep to understand client requirements, constraints, and hidden opportunities. - Develop strategic cost estimation that not only meets tender specifications but gives us a competitive, winning edge. We need you to wind tenders with precision and smart solutions. - Challenge assumptions and utilize a "scrappy" approach to find innovative, cost-effective methodologies aligned with our Modular Building Technology (MBT) focus. - Expert Rate Analysis & Estimation: - Lead the comprehensive rate analysis and quantification for PEB, LGSF, and associated modular components. - Demonstrate advanced skill in rate analysis across the full spectrum of building components: - CIVIL: Foundation, site work, external development. - Prefab/Structure: Primary/secondary steel, cladding, modular panels. - Finishes: Internal and external finishes specific to prefab modular construction. - MEP: Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems integration within the modular build. - Construction & Structural Insight: - Leverage your deep construction understanding on building structures to validate estimates, propose value engineering solutions, and flag potential buildability risks before we bid. - Process & Scale: - Drive the standardization and scaling of estimation processes to match our "Scale is Magic" core value.What You’ll Bring (Your Toolkit for Success)- Proven experience as an Estimation Lead or Senior Estimator, with specific, expert experience in PEB and/or LGSF projects. - A documented history of successfully winning competitive tenders through strategic, data-driven estimation. - Expertise in cost analysis, BOQ preparation, and rate derivation across all facets of construction (Civil, Finishes, MEP, and Structure). - Exceptional analytical skills and an innate drive for urgency and high-quality output. - A Team Spirit mentality—the ability to collaborate effectively with Design, Engineering, and Procurement teams. - An unwavering commitment to ownership—seeing an estimate through from initial bid to final project handshake.Why Join Us?This is your chance to be part of something bigger.
