You’ll be responsible forbuilding and scaling the AI business process practice , driving strategic enterprise wins, and building a team that delivers bothvelocity and value .You’ll work directly withC-suite leaders, solution architects, and delivery teams , bridging strategy with execution. This is ahands-on leadership roleone that combines strategic vision, sales excellence, and a founder’s mindset.What You’ll Do Own P&L and growthfor Recrivio’s AI Business Process Solutions practice (Microsoft Cloud | CRM | ERP | Low-Code). Develop and execute ago-to-market planfocused on manufacturing, industrial, and enterprise transformation sectors. Sell actively— lead from the front by driving key enterprise deals, co-creating solutions, and building relationships with CXOs. Build, mentor, and scale ahigh-performing sales and solution teamthat can execute across mid-market and enterprise segments. Drive strategic partnerships withMicrosoft and other ecosystem playersto maximize co-sell and solution-led growth. Translate customer pain points into compelling business cases powered by AI and digital transformation. Ensurepipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and revenue accountabilityacross the team. Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and product teams to design integrated transformation solutions. Represent Recrivio at industry forums, Microsoft partner events, and CXO roundtables as a thought leader.What You Bring 8–15 yearsof experience inenterprise solution sales, business consulting, or technology transformation , with at least 3+ years in a leadership or team-building role. Proven track record inselling Microsoft solutions— Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, or similar enterprise business applications. Experiencebuilding or scaling a sales or solution teamin a high-growth, entrepreneurial setup. Deep understanding ofCRM, ERP, manufacturing operations, and process automation . Ahunter mindset— entrepreneurial, hands-on, and outcomes-obsessed. Strong executive presence with the ability to influenceCIOs, CFOs, COOs, and digital transformation heads. Excellent commercial acumen, storytelling, and deal orchestration skills.
