Work closely with OEM partners and internal pre-sales teams to design and deliver winning solutions. Maintain and grow the regional sales funnel with a strong focus onhunting and new business acquisition . Track market trends, competition, and emerging technologies to create strategic opportunities. Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.Desired Candidate Profile: 10 yearsof experience inEnterprise IT Sales / System Integration Sales . Proven track record in sellingInfrastructure, Virtualization (VMware), and Cybersecuritysolutions. Strong network and relationships withCIOs, CISOs, and Infrastructure Headsin enterprise accounts. Hunter mindset — self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive in generating opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience working with OEMs, channel partners, and technology alliances.
