Responsibilities:

Market Analysis & Demand Forecasting:

- Conduct thorough market research to analyze industry trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior.

- Develop accurate demand forecasts to optimize pricing strategies and resource allocation.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, average daily rates (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR) to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Pricing Strategy & Optimization:

- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies based on market conditions, demand fluctuations, and competitor pricing.

- Utilize revenue management software and tools to optimize pricing across various channels (direct bookings, online travel agencies, etc.)

- Analyze the impact of pricing strategies on revenue and profitability.

Reporting & Recommendations:

- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate revenue management insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment with revenue management strategies.

- Stay informed of the latest trends and best practices in revenue Bachelors/masters degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Statistics, or a related field (preferred).

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in revenue management or a relevant analytical role.

- Strong understanding of revenue management principles, pricing strategies, and demand forecasting techniques.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) and revenue management software (a plus).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and draw actionable insights from data.

- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex data and recommendations.
