Payroll - QA Analyst Job Description :


The candidate should be adaptive to a continuous changing and fast paced environment, be able to successfully multi-task, and thrive in a dynamic, fully engaged QA role. The role will involve interacting with clients in the Business, developers, external vendors, and other QA teams. Ready to attack any challenge, Positive outlook and genuine team player Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.


- Looking for ADP-Global View payroll QA functional Analyst Strong understanding and hands on exp in ADP


- Global View payroll domain testing Must be aware of eTime to ADP Global View integration, Workday to ADP Global View integration process.


- Good Knowledge in Functional process to provide test Efficiency Interaction with Key stakeholder's and drive ADP payroll related testing


- Understanding requirements and creating key test deliverables such as integration plan, test strategies, scenarios, and test data etc


- Design,test scripts on various level of integration systems and execute.


- Test estimation, scheduling, requirements traceability, execution and reporting results to various audiences.


- Defect identification, reporting and ownership through to resolution by using test management tool (Ex: JIRA, ALM etc..)


- Exposure towards different types of testing is expected ( SIT, system testing ,Regression n end to end ) Should have experience on Agile methodology.


- Ability to learn new things, architectural level details, innovative testing approach.


Minimum Requirements :


- Bachelor's degree from a good college like B.Tech., B.IT or similar


- 5-8 years of total experience in software industry with at least 3 years in business and functional requirements analysis and authoring experience in pharmacovigilance domain.


- Medium level knowledge of SQL


- Knowledge of Drug Safety (Pharmacovigilance) domain


- Knowledge of a leading Drug Safety System like Argus Safety, ArigG, etc.


- Experience of system validation in Pharmacovigilance or Drug Safety domain


- Understanding of 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines


- Self-driven personality, ability, and interest to guide junior team members


- Demonstrated proficiency in working on multiple projects and deadlines


- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills


- Good communication, presentation, and documentation skills


Preferred Qualifications :


- Knowledge of periodic/aggregate reporting (PBRER, DSUR, PADER etc.) and signalling


- Business process mapping experience with clients


- Experience of working with enterprise software application


- Working knowledge and experience of Oracle Database, Agile/JIRA, Confluence
