Senior Product owner Revenue cycle:- Mentor product analysts and product owners and drive the adoption of product best practices.Education and Experience Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred). - 6–9+ years of experience in data product management, business intelligence, or analytics-focused roles. - CSPO Certification preferred - Proven experience leading cross-functional product development teams in an Agile environment. - Moderate to advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel.Strong background in dashboarding and reporting tools (Power BI preferred), with knowledge of data warehouse environments such as Snowflake.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Strategic thinking with the ability to align data product initiatives to business outcomes. - Deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle and analytics use cases. - Expertise in Agile product development and backlog management using Azure DevOps. - Strong data literacy; able to converse fluently with data engineers, analysts, and business leaders. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to senior stakeholders. - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing competing priorities. - Experience working in a remote team environment, with strong self-management and organization. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced setting. - Ability to read, understand, and apply state/federal laws, regulations, and policies. - Ability to communicate with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and professional manner. - Ability to remain flexible and work within a collaborative and fast paced environment. - Basic use of computer, telephone, internet, copier, fax, and scanner. - Basic touch 10 key skills. - Basic Math skills. - Understand and comply with company policies and procedures. - Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. - Strong time management and organizational skills. - Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables), and database software skills.Drop CV at suma.c@qmail.quesscorp.com
