Must have 5 to 10 years of IT experience in Application Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance projects3. Knowledge and hands on experience in Java technologies including Core Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, React, NPM, Maven, VS Code, IntelliJ Idea, GitHub4. Ability to effectively coordinate with Customer SMEs, Onsite and Offshore teams5. Actively involve in Application transition and stabilization phases by aligning to Japan (JST) working hoursGood to have:1. Exposure on Agile methodology, DevOps, Security vulnerability management and P&C Insurance domain knowledge2. Experience in the scan, build and deployment tools such as Checkmarx, Git, Jenkins, Jira, etc.Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:- Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in both Japanese & English languages to establish good coordination and communication with Customer, Onsite and Offshore teams2 Ready to work in JST morning hours as required to extend the support for Application transition and stabilization phases of Application Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance projects3 Actively involve in supporting architecture decisions, prepare design documents, coding, conduct code reviews, ensure code quality compliance, troubleshoot technical issues, defect fixes, successful build and deployments4 Actively contribute towards various Transformation initiatives (Process maturity, Devops automation, Security vulnerability remediation, etc.) to achieve the project goals5 Mentoring and guiding junior team members while assigning and tracking the tasks for closure without any schedule, quality and cost slippages
