Digital Sales Team Lead

Responsibilities:
● Managing all the aspects of the sales process from start to finish i.e. handling client inquiries,
taking client orders, taking client's measurements online, maintaining logs, and frequently
communicating order status to the client, coordinating dispatch, delivery, and providing after
sales service to the client.
● Work closely with the production team to gather updates on client orders, quality check
and timely delivery
● Liaising with the dispatch team for order packaging, delivery & providing dispatch slips
to the client.
● Generating daily sales reports (WhatsApp & website) and sharing the same with your
reporting manager
● Managing WhatsApp marketing for PDP i.e. updating WhatsApp stories, sending campaign
messages to clients every month, etc
● Conducting research and developing unique strategies for digital sales (WhatsApp &
Website)
● Organise, maintain and update the client database regularly
● Take on specific/ ad hoc tasks to support the sales team in other ongoing projects such as
exhibitions, pop-up events, store duty during sales season, etc
● Take in constructive criticism and produce quality work
ups are happening and the sheets are updated.
● Audit chats from all platforms namely Lime Chat (software used for chats), Shopify Live,
Email, WhatsApp, and Instagram daily.
● All leads to be tracked and updated in the sheet. Check your and your team's funnel tracker
and abandon carts and make sure timely follow ups are happening and the sheets are
updated.
● Train team for chats and callings. Pitch them new ideas and strategies on how to convert
sales.
Requirements:
● 2-3 years of work experience as a retail / Luxury Sales Team Leader, Assistant Manager, Sales
Head
● Proficient in taking client measurements online
● Strong communication & client servicing skills
● Fast learner and passion for sales
● Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
● Understanding of inventory stocking procedures
● Excellent communication, time management, organization and multitasking skills.
