Our technology supports automation in micro-irrigation and other water management solutions, empowering local communities to thrive in the face of climate challenges.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Officer based in Kashmir. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and supporting the organization’s mission to ensure water security for mountain communities. Daily tasks include meeting the farmers, nursery owners and FPOs conducting developing growth strategies, and facilitating communication between the company and clients or partners.Qualifications- Degree in Agricultural Engineering or Agri business or related discipline - Basic technical understanding of micro‑irrigation, automation (sensors, controllers, flow systems) - Strong communication skills: able to listen well, explain clearly, attention to detail - Fieldwork capability and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with analytical mindset - Valid driving licence and good driving skills (to travel to remote sites)Benefits & Growth- In hand salary of INR 20,000 per month, and travel allowance will be provided - Work directly with the founder — high visibility & exposure in decision making - This roles will lead to a managerial position for the right candidate - Contribute to growth of automation field in mountain agriculture - Be part of groundbreaking climate adaptation technology - Make tangible impact in water efficiency, climate resilience, and rural livelihoodsApplication dead line is till 15th of October 2025
