Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Professional to join our in-house HR team at Aquis Search. In this role, you will be a part of the internal recruitment team, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to drive our company’s growth and success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Internal Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles within Aquis Search, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Leverage platforms like , job boards, and employee referrals to identify and attract potential talent for internal roles.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospective employees, providing a positive and professional recruitment experience.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with team leads and department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the internal candidate database, ensuring a robust pipeline of talent for future needs.


Key Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within executive search, staffing, or professional services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
