As a Talent Acquisition Strategist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our recruitment strategies and implementing innovative sourcing methods to attract top-tier candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, screening, and recruiting high-caliber candidates across various sectors with a focus on sales and technical roles.
  • Developing and executing tailored recruitment plans that cater to the specific needs of our clients.
  • Candidate management: ensuring seamless candidate experiences from initial contact to final placement.
  • Strategic planning: collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative sourcing strategies beyond job portals.
  • Client collaboration: working closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide bespoke recruitment solutions.
  • Process improvement: continuously assessing and refining recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and high-quality placements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Adaptability: thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation package including a base salary of ₹30,000 per successful placement, paid within 45 days post-placement.
  • Flexible work hours with full-time and part-time options, along with remote work flexibility.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹6-8 lakhs per annum, based on performance and experience.
