The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in industrial automation, programming, and control systems. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency, reliability, and safety.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain automation systems for industrial machinery and processes. - Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and control systems, with a focus on B&R Automation technologies. - Integrate robotic systems and industrial automation software into existing workflows. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions. - Conduct system testing, validation, and documentation. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and data handling procedures. - Manage automation projects from concept to completion, including timelines and resource planning. - Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance teams. - Travel to customer sites or manufacturing facilities as part of project execution, commissioning, and support activities.Required Qualifications:- Proven experience as an Automation Engineer or in a similar role. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++. - Strong understanding of automation technologies, control systems, and PLC programming. - Hands-on experience with robotic automation systems, hardware integration, and industrial software. - Familiarity with B&R PLCs and HMIs is highly desirable. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong project management and communication skills. - Knowledge of safety protocols and data handling best practices.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field. - Experience in manufacturing or machinery industries. - Certifications in automation or control systems (e.g., B&R training, Siemens, Rockwell). - Strong documentation and reporting skills.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits. - Opportunities for professional growth and development. - Collaborative and innovative work environment. - Exposure to cutting-edge automation technologies.Can you find yourself in this profile?
