Experience:2–3 Years with bachelor's degree in Electrical,Electronics and Instrumentation. Technologies:Siemens (S7-1200/1500, TIA Portal), Beckhoff (TwinCAT 2/3), CODESYS Industry:Industrial Automation / Manufacturing / Process Automation Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and maintainPLC programsusingSiemens TIA Portal ,Beckhoff TwinCAT , andCODESYS-based controllers . Design, implement, and troubleshootautomation solutionsfor special machines andAssembly lines. Configure and integrateHMI/SCADA systems , including WinCC, TwinCAT HMI, and CODESYS visualization. Work with electrical and mechanical teams toanalyze control requirementsand translate them into functional logic. Performdebugging, commissioning, and startupof automation systems at customer sites or in-house. Integrate and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols (e.g.,PROFINET, EtherCAT, Modbus TCP, OPC UA ). Conductsystem testing, FAT/SAT , and support handover to the client. Implementsafety logicand work with safety PLCs when required. Providetechnical support , root-cause analysis, and corrective action for automation faults. Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience with: Siemens PLCs(S7-1200, S7-1500) TIA Portal Step 7, WinCC Beckhoff PLCsusingTwinCAT 3 CODESYS environmenton various controllers Solid understanding of: Ladder Logic Sequential flow chart (SFC) Structured Text (ST) Knowledge ofelectrical schematicsand control panel components. Experience withmotion control , servo drives, or VFD integration. Familiarity withindustrial networks : PROFINET, EtherCAT, Modbus, OPC UA. Good problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
