Business System Manager

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.

- MBA or certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, SAP, Salesforce) are a strong plus.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in business systems management, IT project management, or enterprise applications.

- Proven expertise in system integration, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and vendor management.

Skills & Competencies

- Deep understanding of ERP, CRM, HRMS, and enterprise systems.

- Strong in system configuration, change management, and post-implementation support.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.

- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills to drive adoption and impact.

Role Objective

To design, implement, and optimize business systems that seamlessly align with Infinity Learns strategic goals, enabling operational efficiency and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee end-to-end system implementation, ensuring smooth integration with existing platforms.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and continuously adapt to evolving business needs.

- Drive change management and deliver effective post-implementation support to maximize adoption.

- Manage and influence vendor relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective, and impactful project execution.

- Act as a champion of digital transformation, leveraging technology to accelerate organizational success.
