Integrateusability studies, research and marketanalysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction. - Translate product strategyinto detailed requirements for prototype construction and final productdevelopment by engineering teams - Setup and own your team’sroadmap for productdevelopment and drive the development with a team of engineers and designers - Define and analysemetrics that informthe success of individual productsand the productarea. Providing timely analysis reports on Product performance and adoption. - Would develop a deep understanding of various user journeys and basic understanding of the company’s ProductStack and system design. - Build your own processes and methods to uphold our high product standards whilefocusing on frictionless experiences for our users - Articulate Product development needs to variousstake holders and track the progress duringthe sprint. Work on the Product launch and adoption strategies. Who are we looking for? Minimum Requirements: - Ability to breakcomplex problems into smaller problems. And use the data to solve these businessproblems - Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems - Put themselves in the shoes of your users and be a steward of crafting greatexperiences - 3-4 Years of product management or product-focused experience shipping high-quality products - Familiarity with Agile work management and/or the abilityto effectively communicate complex processes within and across teams Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in conducting Market research and drafting ProductRequirements Documents. - JIRA, Agile management, Wireframing, UI/UX design - Prior exposure to Ed-tech Domain - Experience working and influencing cross-functional teams and buildingrelationships across the company.
