Join our mission to help organizations grow smarter and faster with cutting-edge technology and strategy.About the Role We’re looking for a Business Development & Marketing Specialist with 2–4 years of experience to help us expand our client base, bring in high-value projects, and drive revenue growth. You'll lead business development efforts and execute marketing campaigns that make an impact.What You’ll Do Source leads and projects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and other freelance platforms Drive business growth by identifying new client opportunities Develop and run digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Perform market research and competitor analysis Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy and execution 2–4 years of proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or B2B sales, preferably in the IT or SaaS sector A strong track record of winning projects from freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, or similar B2B networks Excellent skills in lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals with domestic and international clients Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management tools to track and optimize the sales process The ability to research target markets, identify decision-makers, and craft personalized outreach strategies A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory) A self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with a passion for building long-term business relationshipsWhy Join Us Competitive salary Growth-focused culture Work with a dynamic and innovative team Opportunity to make a real impact on client success and company growth Ready to grow with us?
