What Were Looking For

Were seeking an Associate Engagement Lead to drive client success by blending strategic thinking, leadership, and execution. Youll work at the intersection of data, technology, and business problem-solving, ensuring projects dont just deliver on requirements but also create lasting impact for clients.

This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable leading teams, engaging with clients, and translating complex data challenges into actionable strategies.

What Youll Do

Client & Stakeholder Leadership

- Act as the primary point of contact for client engagements, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

- Understand client needs deeply and translate them into structured project roadmaps.

- Present insights and recommendations with clarity, confidence, and impact.

Team Leadership & Delivery Oversight

- Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and motivation to analysts and consultants.

- Instill best practices in project management, governance, and client servicing.

Strategic Problem Solving

- Leverage data-driven insights to address client business challenges in the pharmaceutical and healthcare domains.

- Balance technical feasibility with strategic impact, ensuring solutions are scalable and business-ready.

- Challenge the status quo by introducing innovative approaches and process improvements.

Operational Excellence

- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and resources to ensure smooth execution.

- Drive continuous improvement in delivery standards, compliance, and knowledge-sharing.

- Contribute to business development efforts through proposals, pitches, and thought leadership.

What You Bring

- 4-7 years of experience in consulting, client engagement, or program management, preferably in pharma/healthcare analytics.

- Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM), data governance, and data strategy (hands-on configuration experience a plus but not mandatory at this level).

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while leading diverse teams.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and highly collaborative environment.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and healthcare data sources (IQVIA, claims, etc.) is an advantage.
