What You'll Do
Lead high-quality, strategic conversations with ambitious eCommerce brands ready to grow smarter.
Make an Impact with Empathy – Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned eCommerce clients. Actively listen and understand their brand, goals and performance KPIs. Oversee dashboards, reports, and progress to ensure alignment with their objectives.
Be a Subject Matter Expert – Guide clients by leveraging your hands-on experience across Paid Search, Amazon Advertising, SEO and Social Media campaigns. Deliver insightful weekly and monthly reports using tools like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics, Power BI, Adobe and Looker Studio.
Be a Data-Driven Storyteller – Turn data into powerful insights using GA4, Adobe and our AI-powered LXRInsights platform. Share these findings with clients and internal teams through compelling stories that inspire action.
Mentor and Grow the Team – Keep the team up to date on the latest industry trends, platform updates and experimentation tactics.
What We're Looking For
2–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience across Paid Media (Google & Meta), Amazon Advertising, SEO and Social Media
Direct experience in managing eCommerce campaigns
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with web analytics and reporting platforms
Deep interest in the future of eCommerce and how AI is shaping the marketing landscape
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
