Job Description: Digital Marketing Analyst - 3+ Year Experience

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Digital Marketing Analyst to join our construction firm. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing digital marketing campaigns, monitoring online performance, and providing actionable insights to improve brand visibility, lead generation, and project promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track, measure, and analyze performance of digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads and LinkedIn
  • Generate and maintain dashboards/reports on key metrics such as lead generation, website traffic, and engagement rates.
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to support content and campaign strategies.
  • Identify trends and insights, and recommend strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
  • Work with the marketing team to improve landing pages, ad creatives, and content performance.
  • Assist in managing CRM tools to track leads and conversion journeys.
  • Provide recommendations to the sales and management team with data-driven insights for decision making.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and industry benchmarks.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics (real estate/construction experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads
  • Strong skills in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and advertising dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
