Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be either CA/CMA qualified or semi-qualified with significant experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) within reputable organizations.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
  • Analyze financial data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Collaborate with various departments to support decision-making processes
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for stakeholders and executives
  • Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers of financial performance
  • Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required


Qualifications:


  • Commerce Degree from an Institute of repute with CA/CMA qualified or semi qualified
  • Previous experience in FP&A roles within well-established organizations
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
