Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic Senior Project Manager join our team. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with business operations and to create and optimize workflow processes.



Responsibilities:



Senior Project Manager (Data, Analytics, AI, Agile, Lean)

The Global Analytics team is searching for a highly skilled and analytical Senior Project Manager to oversee our analytic projects. The Senior Project Manager will be tasked with following project strategies, overseeing their execution, managing virtual project teams, ensuring the projects stay within scope and timeline, and communicating progress and outcomes to leaders. This role requires a strong background in AI, data & analytics, familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in AI, and

experience in Agile and Lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement project strategies for data, analytics, and AI initiatives.
  • Manage project teams as well as technical resources, ensuring efficient operations and collaboration.
  • Oversee successful planning, execution, and delivery of Data & Analytics projects.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Apply Agile and Lean principles to project management processes.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project progress and any changes or issues.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues that may impact the project.
  • Ensure the implementation of AI solutions aligns with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with AI specialists and data scientists for technical guidance and solution implementation.
  • Organize and facilitate training for users of the implemented AI solution.
  • Conduct post-project evaluation to assess the success of the project and identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications:


  • Proven project management experience, including Agile and Lean methodologies.
  • Strong background in Data projects around Snowflake and Integrations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Experience working in a complex global environment
  • Excellent communication skills (in English)

  • Project management in AI/ML projects
  • Staffing/Consulting industry a big plus
