This is a tactical, execution-heavy role with clear goals: drive sales growth, scale reviews, maintain account health, and execute promotional strategies. You’ll manage Amazon listings, coordinate inventory, oversee advertising execution (in collaboration with our Head of Growth), and handle promotions, all while keeping a tight eye on metrics like BSR, TACOS, and ROAS.This is a full-time role (8/hrs) and the candidate is to work a flexible schedule within the hours of 9 am to 5 pm EST.This role is perfect for someone who sees marketplace management as both a craft and a growth lever. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day execution, optimizing listings, monitoring performance, and scaling campaigns while learning and growing your strategic capabilities.You are: A skilled Amazon operator with over 4 years of experience managing Amazon for D2C brands A tactical executor who can write and QA listing copy, coordinate promotions, and manage inventory workflows Data-driven: you monitor KPIs daily and use insights to drive decisions on stock, pricing, and promotional cadence Experienced with Amazon ads AI-curious: you’ve experimented with AI/automation tools to streamline listings, track inventory, and monitor review insights A self-starter who moves fast, QA’s everything, and catches issues before they become costly A team collaborator who works effectively with vendors, partners, and internal cross-functional teamsYou’ll be responsible for: Owning and growing our Amazon presence end-to-end: increasing sales, visibility, and account footprint Managing listings across all products, including copy, images, and compliance, to maximize discoverability and conversion Monitoring and improving performance KPIs: sales growth, organic rank, reviews, inventory turnover, in-stock rate, TACOS, and ROAS Strategically executing campaigns and promotional initiatives during key sales periods, while balancing organic growth levers Coordinating with the Head of Growth on Amazon advertising campaigns, including AMS/AAP execution Collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure inventory availability, timely launches, and smooth operations Leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, analyze trends, and inform growth decisions Diagnosing account health issues, implementing fixes, and scaling best practices to expand our presence and sales on AmazonYou’re not responsible for: Managing large teams — you’ll coordinate vendors and freelancers, but execution is hands-on High-level brand strategy — you’ll focus on optimizing the account and growth executionYou’ll thrive here if: You’ve managed Amazon accounts with high SKU volume and multi-channel execution You love diving into listing analytics, improving A/B tests, and iterating on copy and creative You’re organized, proactive, and have a natural obsession with detail You enjoy using AI or automation to improve efficiency and scale You want to own an Amazon account and see a measurable impact from your work You aspire to learn and grow in marketplace strategy while executing with high ownershipWhat Makes Us Special We care.
