Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in requirement gathering, functional design, and Agile project delivery. The role requires strong experience in complicated software projects, proficiency in Salesforce platform (FSL exposure preferred), and excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirement gathering workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs.
  • Develop functional design documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Agile projects.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper translation of requirements into solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews).
  • Support implementation, testing, and training phases by providing business context and clarifications.
  • Manage stakeholder communication across different levels (business users, mid-management, and technical teams).
  • Contribute to decision-making by applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required Skill-Set & Experience:

  • B.E / B.Tech / MCA with 7+ years of relevant business analysis experience.
  • Experience in complicated software projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Technical knowledge of Salesforce platform; FSL experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong experience in writing functional design documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Proven track record of leading requirements gathering workshops.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile project environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence and collaborate.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Tools & Methodologies:

  • Agile/Scrum frameworks
  • Documentation tools (Confluence, Jira, MS Visio, etc.)
  • Business Process Modeling techniques
  • Salesforce platform (FSL preferred)
