Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals and targets.
  • Identify and nurture new business opportunities within the industrial sector, focusing on industries that utilize filtration products.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role within the industrial products sector, preferably in filter manufacturing or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel extensively and engage in outdoor sales activities.


Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and a readiness to travel frequently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office applications.
