Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate QA Test Engineer to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of our software applications through manual and/or automated testing processes. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver robust and reliable solutions to our users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze system requirements and technical specifications.

- Develop, document, and execute manual and/or automated test cases and scripts.

- Identify, record, and track software defects, inconsistencies, and improvements.

- Conduct functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.

- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure seamless releases.

- Maintain and enhance test documentation and automation frameworks.

- Participate in review meetings and provide feedback on test coverage and risks.

- Stay current with industry best practices in QA and software testing.

Requirements :

Essential :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience in manual and/or automation software testing.

- Familiarity with testing tools (Manual : JIRA, TestRail, etc.; Automation : Selenium, Cypress, etc.).

- Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred :

- Programming/scripting experience (for automation roles) in languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.

- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and API testing.

- Exposure to Agile or Scrum development environments.
