Flights B2C, the customer-facing flights team of Go-MMT provides cutting-edge booking/product experience on our Website & App for delivering best-in-industry convenience, savings & user interface. Over the last few years, we have further strengthened our position as the No.1 brand-of-choice for domestic flight customers & made significant leaps in the international flights market as well, thereby helping 1 passenger fly almost every second.


About the role:

As part of Flights Revenue team, you will be a part of whip smart team responsible for handling Revenue, driving growth and increasing profitability. You will showcase our values of Consumer Focus, Commitment to Results and Continuous Improvement through innovative solutions that raise challenging question and demand creative and practical answers.

The ideal candidate for the role is an independent self-starter, quick-witted, entrepreneurial, and intellectually curious individual. This person must excel at cross functional collaboration, combine creativity with organizational skills and manage deliverables to tight deadlines and the ability to deliver high-quality work under time constraints.


What will you be doing:

P&L Management & Driving Growth:

  • Define & drive the short term and long-term growth agenda of the business while influencing various cross functional teams.
  • Manage the business P&L and devise strategies to achieve revenue goals Tactically manage active revenue levers to achieve the daily margin, conversion and transaction goals.
  • Lead discussions on the relevant banking and non-banking alliances and execute tactical marketing campaigns.
  • Track performance parameters and keep a tight control on business KPI numbers.
  • Deep dive into competitor pricing data and use signals to improve category pricing.
  • Deep dive onto demand signals / traffic data to decipher business and marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing to devise and execute customer engagement strategies and campaigns.
  • Understand new markets & segments – the trends/customer behavior and work with marketing, supply and product to maximize conversion basis those trends.
  • Follow a stringent action plan and collaborate with the product team to increase platform conversion for the hotels category.
  • Work with product teams to automate / improve pricing, business reporting and alerting mechanisms.

Data Analytics:

  • Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources.
  • Proactively Analyse data using statistical methods to answer key questions from stakeholders or self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.

  • Marketing, Product, Tech, Supply and Finance teams


Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA from reputed institute with 2-3 years of experience in business/ revenue/ category role for a consumer facing, technology enabled business/product from ecommerce industry.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL would be preferred.
