Position: Deputy Registrar

Job Overview:

IILM University, Gurugram is seeking a candidate for the position of Deputy Registrar. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing and maintaining academic records, overseeing registration and enrolment processes, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • the Registrar in various administrative tasks.
  • Registration, Enrolment and Record Management.
  • Degree Audits and Graduation ceremonies
  • requests for official transcripts in accordance with institutional policies.
  • and analyse reports related to enrolment, academic progress, and other key metrics.
  • and maintain student fee data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
  • the student data management in the ERP system, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • and maintain student information systems and other relevant technologies.


Requirements:

  • experience of at least 7 years in academic administration roles in universities of repute.
  • in data management, particularly in handling fee and student data in ERP systems.
  • knowledge of academic policies, compliance requirements, and record-keeping best practices.
  • organizational and time-management skills.
  • communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • in using relevant software and databases.
  • be highly organized with an attention to detail.
  • limit: 40-50 years
  • will be given to candidates with a defence background.
