Location : Hyderabad (Onsite, Full-Time)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team at Conscendo Technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing custom Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), with a passion for building scalable and efficient solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and deploy custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Design scalable Salesforce solutions adhering to best practices and governor limits

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Admins, PMs, and QA for solution design and delivery

- Integrate third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and manage authentication flows

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance

- Participate in full SDLC including agile sprint planning, code reviews, and documentation

Required Skills & Experience :

- 2 years of Salesforce development experience with strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and LWC

- Solid understanding of Salesforce object model, security model (OWD, Profiles, Permission Sets)

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable), and governor limits management

- Proficiency in using Git and CI/CD tools like Gearset or Copado

- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II is a plus)

- Experience with Salesforce DX, SFDX CLI, and scratch orgs

- Exposure to Salesforce Einstein GPT or other AI-driven tools is a bonus

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment

- Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset
