What'sin it for you:The role provides for successful candidate to have: Opportunity tointeract and engage with senior technology and operations usersWork on latest in technology like AWS, Terraform,Splunk, Grafanaetc.Work in an environment which allows for complete ownership and scalabilityExposure to learn about industry leading OTC Derivatives and Pricing productsResponsibilities:We are looking for a seasoned TechOps/app Support Engineer whohas experience: The person would require delivering all aspects of production support for various applications along with some of 3rd party vendor products including incident resolution or proactive mitigation, change & problem management; would ensure compliance to all agreed SLAs and requirementsmanaging andmaintainingcloud infrastructureperforming a variety of tasks including coordinating all resources and stakeholders,planningand setting milestones, assigning responsibilities and monitoring,summarizingand communicating progress and statusmentoring and developingjunior members ofthe teamability to act as SME andability to independently handleclient issues and incident escalationsWhatWe'reLooking For: someone with 10+years ofApplication Support/TechOps experience withteam management experience of over3yearshaving below skills: Knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS,Containerization, CI/CD, GitHub/Gitlab, Cloud networking-MustOracle, PL/SQL Query, Linux/Unix Shell Scripting(or Python), Java-MustKeen problem solver with analytical nature and excellent problem-solving skillsetOpen minded,flexibleand willing to adapt to changing situationsBe able to work flexible hours including some weekends andpossibly publicholidays to meet work demands and project deadlinesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in the English languagewith ability torepresentcomplex technical issues/concepts to non-tech stakeholdersAbout S&P Global Market IntelligenceAt S&P Global Market Intelligence, a division of S&P Global we understand the importance of accurate, deep and insightful information.
