Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President of Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD), Human Capital Partner and Strategic initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving both the strategic L&OD, Employment Engagement initiatives SPAN across India and Philippines for our organization. The AVP will collaborate closely with senior management and business leaders to ensure alignment of HR strategies with business objectives while fostering a culture of learning and development across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:


Learning & Organizational Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive L&OD strategy that supports organizational goals and enhances employee capabilities.
  • Design and implement learning programs, including leadership development, technical training, soft skills enhancement, and compliance training.
  • Utilize innovative learning methodologies and technologies to deliver effective training and development solutions.
  • Implement the e-learning solution across organisation and drive self-learning adoption.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&OD programs through metrics and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop a coaching and mentoring framework for leadership team.


Human Capital Partner:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their objectives. Providing HR guidance and support to the HCP team.
  • Lead HR initiatives related to Retention Management, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with HR functional teams (e.g., recruitment, compensation & benefits) to deliver integrated HC solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.


Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of L&OD and HCP professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous growth.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the organization through L&OD and HR practices.


Strategic Alignment and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Partner with senior management to align L&OD and HR strategies with business objectives and priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and proactively address HR and L&OD challenges.
  • Champion change management initiatives and drive organizational transformation efforts to support business growth.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience (typically 16+ years) in HCP and L&OD roles, preferably within the BPO or services industry.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing effective L&OD programs and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into actionable HR and L&OD strategies.
  • Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.


Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Knowledge of HRIS and other HR-related technologies is a plus.
  • Certification in HR, Organizational Development, or related field is a plus.
