ixigo is looking for a friendly & articulate Senior Technical Recruiter to manage the entire cycle recruiting process for our Engineering and Product requirements, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDesigning and executing end-to-end recruitment strategy and process across the Engineering and Product organizationRecommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the company's long-range growth, implement new processes, and fine-tune standard processes for recruiting to deliver the highest quality resultsSource candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals, and external agencies to proactively close open rolesPlanned and drove the campus hiring process across premier engineering colleges in IndiaRepresent ixigo and our culture in every interaction, showing the perfect balance of empathy, ingenuity, respect, and humilityEnsure that every candidate has a positive interview experience, regardless of the outcome of the processDesigning and leading the employer branding strategyRequirement5+ years of technical recruiting experience in e-commerce/SaaS/Product organizations - this is a MUSTB.Tech/MBA, preferably from a premier college or universitExperience working in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated success in identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional candidates across a variety of rolesProven understanding of advanced recruiting solutions, systems, tools, and techniquesA well-earned reputation as a creative recruiter with an ability to source passive candidates through a variety of means and convert them into great hiresPassion for creating one-of-a-kind, high caliber candidate experiencesInterest and understanding of technology is an absolute mustTop-notch communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
