𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:

We’re seeking a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Front Desk Executive to manage front desk operations at our modern Digital Dental Centre. As the first point of interaction for our patients, the ideal candidate will be friendly, empathetic, disciplined, and organized with excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure every patient experience is positive.


𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

𝟭. 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲

• Greet patients and guests upon arrival.

• Check patients in for appointments.

• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, with all paperwork and supplies readily accessible.


𝟮. 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

• Respond proactively and courteously to inquiries via calls, emails, SMS, WhatsApp, and social media.

• Schedule and confirm appointments according to doctors’ availability.

• Collect and enter patient intake forms into the system.

• Maintain accurate patient records: medical history, treatment plans, and task generation.

• Handle billing and payment, including providing estimates and explaining charges.

• Assist practitioners with admin tasks: patient follow-ups, appointment reminders, payment reminders across channels.

• Coordinate with internal staff dentists, dental assistants, hygienists to ensure smooth patient flow.


𝟯. 𝗗𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗮𝗯 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

• Liaise with dental labs to send and receive lab jobs, and update records accordingly.


𝟰. 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗿 & 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

• Handle vendor coordination for pricing, ordering, receiving, and inventory management of supplies.


𝟱. 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

• Coordinate consultant doctor appointments, manage patient entries, and calculate payments.

• Manage petty cash, prepare expense vouchers.

• Organize bill filing and coordinate with the accountant.


𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:


𝟭. 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

𝟮. 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 1.5 to 2 years in front desk, receptionist, or equivalent roles.

𝟯. 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀: Proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

𝟰. 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Strong computer literacy including mobile apps and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote.

𝟱. 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; highly organized and detail-oriented.
