Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify appropriate adult learning curriculum for workplace skills.
- Design comprehensive learning fameworks for creating engaging learning experiences
- Utilize advanced tools like Gen AI to generate accurate content through finely-tuned prompts and scale content effectively.
- Program manage various cohorts, monitor learning data, and continuously enhance the learning experience.
Requirements:
- 2-8 years experience in designing corporate learning programs
- Deep understanding of instructional pedagogy
- Excellent structured thinking and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of adult learning pedagogy and instructional design principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Candidate must be based out of Gurgaon/ South Delhi or willing to relocate to Gurgaon as the role will be office-based
- Willingness to hustle and execute relentlessly to achieve results
- An apparent Founder's mindset, i.e. A mindset where the person can own up to the responsibility and shape it independently like a Founder
