Description:We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head Growth Project (Power) Statutory Approvals to lead all regulatory and compliance aspects of our power sector expansion initiatives.This pivotal role ensures timely statutory clearances, risk mitigation, and adherence to all applicable legal frameworks.The ideal candidate will drive stakeholder engagement, build high-performing teams, and lead interactions with authorities at the district, state, and national levels.They will ensure robust documentation, guide mitigillion strategies, and support public consultations to maintain transparency and compliance.Strong leadership, regulatory expertise, and a solution-driven approach are essential to succeed in this role.KEY FOCUS AREAS:- Lead the end-to-end statutory approval process for growth projects (especially for power plants), ensuring full regulatory compliance and timely execution.- Build and guide a skilled team to manage clearances effectively while aligning with project goals and timelines.- Liaise with district, state, and national authorities to secure necessary approvals and maintain strong institutional relationships.- Oversee public hearings and stakeholder consultations, ensuring transparent communication and effective resolution of concerns.- Monitor risks, address compliance gaps, and provide regular updates to leadership on approval status and project milestones.
