Job Title : ServiceNow Application DeveloperLocation : Bangalore, IndiaExperience : 5-9 YearsJob Summary : - We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Application Developer with hands-on expertise in platform development and full lifecycle implementations.- The candidate should have experience in key ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, as well as Customer Service Management (CSM).- Experience with large-scale CRM systems is desirable.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and CSM modules.- Participate in full lifecycle implementations, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.- Customize and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules : Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog.- Implement CSM module features and integrations with CRM systems.- Develop workflows, business rules, scripts, and client/server-side logic.- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements.- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues efficiently.- Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to team members.Required Skills And Qualifications : - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development.- Proven full lifecycle implementation experience in ITSM modules.- Experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) module.- Knowledge of large-scale CRM systems integration.- Strong scripting skills : JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow-specific technologies.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
