Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer for development, and deployment of custom applications within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in UI Builder, ServiceNow Page development, Flow Designer, Performance Analytics(is Plus), Widgets, and UI Macros.

You will play a key role in building modern, user-centric digital experiences for EGAs enterprise applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and seamless integration with other platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications aligned with business requirements.
  • Build dynamic, responsive, and scalable interfaces using UI Builder and ServiceNow Pages.
  • Develop automated workflows using Flow Designer, ensuring smooth process orchestration.
  • Implement, and optimize Performance Analytics dashboards including KPIs, widgets, indicators, and data collection jobs.
  • Create custom widgets and UI macros to extend UI functionality and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and platform architects to gather requirements and propose scalable solutions.
  • Ensure best practices in code, security, and performance are consistently applied.
  • Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to platform users and operations teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Custom application development using UI Builder, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Pages, Servicenow Developer
  • Experience: Minimum 5-6 years development experience.

  • Strong experience in:

  • Custom application development on ServiceNow.

  • UI Builder and ServiceNow Pages.
  • Flow Designer and related automation tools.
  • Performance Analytics, dashboards, widgets, and data visualization.

  • Service Portal widgets, UI Macros, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).

  • Familiarity with REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and third-party integrations.

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist. (is plus)
  • Experience working in manufacturing or industrial domains. (is plus)
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments.
