Educational Requirements: Bachelors minimum

Work Experience: 2 years and above

Residence: Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar only

Work Background Preferred: Telecom Customer Service Representative or International Sales


Responsibilities:

  • Studying the market in the target country or countries.
  • Identifying new customers for developing new business.
  • Regularly communicating with clients on call and emails.
  • Contact potential or existing customers and inform them about our products.
  • Negotiating the sale terms and meeting sales targets.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience as tele-sales representative or other sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent knowledge of English & Hindi.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook - very important
  • Fluent English communication with the client - very important
