Service Relationship Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Engage proactively with clients and be their single point of contact for all service-related requirements
  • Be hands on and provide best in class service to clients
  • Coordinate with HO team & other outfits for critical & complex requirements & escalations
  • Arrange & maintain portfolio statements for clients & Relationship managers, accompany RMs for client visits as and when required
  • Ensure all requests, queries and complaints are routed through Query Management System (QMS)
  • Posses & ensure thorough knowledge of critical documentations for all products, latest developments & regulatory requirements
  • Arrange & manage entire documentation for Bank/Demat/Broking account opening
  • Ensure duly completed account opening forms with required supporting documents are sent to HO with zero error
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of investment transactions (POA and executionary) for all products – ex: MFs, PMS, Structured products, Bonds, NCDs, Real estate funds etc.
  • Process & coordinate with HO for institutional, Family Office & Model Portfolio Mutual Fund trades
  • Manage & coordinate all Equity & Debt PMS redemptions & Inflows


Functional Skills & Education Required:

  • Graduate/ MBA
  • At least 4 years exposure in Service role with a Private Wealth set up
  • Excellent Communication Skills
